Earth Day Challenge
A great scrapbook site: the scrap review issued an Earth Day challenge on their site. For the challenge you took junk mail, old catalogues, pamphlets, etc. and created a project with them that was scrap related that didn't use any patterned paper. I thought this challenge sounded fun.

i think that using scrap or "found" paper is a lot more intriguing than premade patterned paper. recently at school we did a project where we made button pins.. some we designed and some out of scrap paper from around the art building that we rescued from the trash. the second set were way cooler.
